This 4 bedroomed luxury villa is only just the start, because once you start to explore you will find multiple outdoor eating areas, many private corners to relax and restore, a huge architectural pool house & gym, with a 21m outdoor pool, a tennis court amidst the olive grove and our new purpose-built yoga studio that overlooks it. Bedrooms
- There are 4 large double bedrooms, each over 27sq m in size
- The master bedroom offers a walk-in wardrobe and small private terrace with views over the Adriatic sea and gardens.
- The private Annex bedroom, has its own intimate terrace and garden, as well as a walk in wardrobe and en-suite and is situated on the ground floor.
- All bedrooms have king size beds. There are two bedrooms that can be made into twin beds - one of the bedrooms in the Villa and the Annex room.
- All bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms are contemporary in design and feature natural stone, polished concrete and sleek, brushed steel fittings.
- Furniture ranges from Molteni to hand made bespoke beds designed by local artisians in Le Marche
- Individually controlled air-conditioning & heating

- Each bedroom has been beautifully appointed and finished to the highest standard, and come with their own dressing table, hairdryer, safe, Wifi, TV and Villa Oliveto’s own Netflix account.

Kitchen & Dining
- Four dining areas to choose from. 2 inside and 2 outside all that seat 8 people or more. The dining area underneath the large pagoda and outside kitchen can seat up to 22 people.
- Traditional coal BBQ and large wood-fired Pizza oven is conveniently located outside next to the outside kitchen and dining areas
- 2 kitchens fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, six ring gas cooker, oven, icemaker.
- Villa Oliveto is stocked with an ample supply of fresh still and sparkling drinking water
- Still and Sparkling water is complementary as well as Nespresso machine and capsules supplied
- Private chef, cooking lessons, kitchen and household staff available on request
- Pantry area with a washing machine, dryer and drying rack.
Living
- Almost 150 square metres of pure living space, dining area, lounges and relaxation areas (350 square metres in total)
- The ground floor includes a cosy family room equipped sixty-inch Samsung smart TV with surround sound sees to that SKY satellite, DVD and free WI-FI streaming throughout the house and the surrounding gardens
